Caryn Cusick

Caryn is passionate about helping boards and communities achieve success. Her beliefs are the same now as when she started Cusick Community Managment over 20 years ago, providing excellent customer service with personal attention to detail. 

Annie Sullivan

Annie has been with Cusick Community Management since its inception and is a CPA with over 25 years of experience. She is always available to assist clients and prides herself on ticking & tying the numbers to make sure everything balances out.
 

Brian Carlson

Brian has been with Cusick for 10 years and previously was in construction specializing in condominiums and townhomes in Florida. His diverse background has always served him well in the HOA world.

Michelle Mobley

Michelle's knowledge of the industry standards and guidelines along with technical expertise makes her an excellent resource for all of our associations and our management team.  She enjoys implementing new policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and provide excellent customer service.

Janette Parker

Janette came to Cusick Community Management from real estate work and has utilized her knowledge of the real estate world to assist her in best serving the associations she works with. In her free time Janette enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren.

Emily Nance

Emily started in the HOA industry back in 2008 and has an extensive background in customer service. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor has served her especially well in this industry.  

Paul D'Anello

Paul has over 20 years experience in commercial and residential property management. He came to Charlotte from Massachusetts with his wife and four daughters.  

Alexandra Thompson

Alexandra has extensive managerial experience in community management with a proven record of successful operation with residential properties. She has been in the industry for the past 12 years in North and South Carolina. 

Kendall Nance

Kendall made her way to Cusick Community Management via the Wells Fargo trading floor. Attention to detail, quick decision making and first rate customer service are all characteristics she provides to her customers.
