Janette Parker has dedicated more than 13 years to the homeowner’s association management industry, bringing both experience and a results-driven approach to the communities she serves. For the past four years, she has served as Vice President of Cusick Community Management, leading with a focus on accountability, process improvement, and team development. Prior to her current role, Janette managed a portfolio of large-scale homeowner’s associations for nine years with Cusick, earning a reputation for strong communication, financial oversight, and effective board partnerships. Known for her ability to build lasting relationships with boards, homeowners, and developers, she has established herself as a trusted partner in guiding associations toward long-term success. Her leadership has been important in helping communities thrive while ensuring operations remain smooth and efficient. Before entering the HOA industry, Janette built her professional foundation in the banking sector, where she gained expertise in customer service, financial management, and organizational systems, skills that continue to shape her approach today. Outside of work, Janette enjoys spending quality time with her family and values the balance that personal connections bring to her professional life.
